This new pharmacology aims at modulating - i.e. stimulating or inhibiting - nerve cell mobility which is involved in a number of neurological diseases and cancers. 

PR-21, the company’s most advanced compound, is a cell mobiliy activator, now in pre-clinical regulatory development for the treatment of spinal cord injury. PR-21 may have an interest in other indications, including traumatic brain injury.
